This stunning fusion of a Latin influenced Jazz sextet with a Classical string quartet was inspired by a hitherto unrecorded composition/arrangement by Sir John Dankworth called 'A Lyric Fantasy' . The renowned jazz players in Julian Marc Stringle's Clarinet led 'Dream Band' are ;- Neil Angilley- Piano, Dominic Ashworth- Guitars, Chris Dodd- Bass, Mike Bradley- Drums & Marc Cecil- Percussion . I have followed Julian’s progress since he was a boy . Every time I hear him he gets better and better . I can hear his influences, but, with his beautiful delicate sound and perfect time, he really is ‘his own man’. With this album Julian has really arrived !
